Physical Therapist - PART-TIME / FULL-TIME
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to practice Physical Therapy in a supportive, truly patient-centered environment? Join our team of professionals at Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center, the only independent, freestanding, nonprofit clinic in the community.
At BVRC, we prioritize one-on-one care, with no technicians or concurrent treatments. You’ll collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans for each patient. While we serve a diverse population, experience with pediatrics or a desire to learn is preferred.
We're very flexible on the type of work arrangement that fits the candidate's personal goals and priorities, while supporting our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of motor skills, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate and support families, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to aid their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Speech Language Pathologist - PART-TIME/ FULL-TIME
Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and a strong commitment to providing personalized, one-on-one care. You will collaborate closely with our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Open to CF candidates as well.

- Experience working with pediatric populations in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
